Our Story
At bluebum.org, we began making alternative rock guitar over 40 years ago, using legendary vintage equipment such as a Satellite Jellycaster, a Quince 5w valve combo and knackered Vox reel-to-reel tape recorder. Then nothing happened for 35 years while Barry was busy doing other stuff. He's now back and has two proper guitars (Pingu, a slinky black Telecaster Custom - and Pumpkin, a noisy orange starburst Les Paul), plus GarageBand for Dummies
Our Team
Barry Bluebum is a mangy cross-eyed cat with a penchant for 70s punk, new wave and a touch of grunge. He is a modest cat, with much to be modest about. Barry plays instrumental rock and is assisted by two other cats, brothers Pingu and Pumpkin. It's unclear what role or utility either of the brothers brings, other than the occasional vole and supportive purring
